A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. We dispatch Hertel units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
We built our Hertel branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Hertel, WI property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Hertel roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Water Removal in Hertel isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Hertel, WI, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Hertel, WI warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Talk to a Hertel property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters — every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Hertel call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first — some of the costliest Hertel jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Hertel team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
From a single soaked bedroom to a commercial building with three flooded floors, our Hertel teams are equipped to scale up or down — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Hertel property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We place industrial dehumidifiers and air movers based on actual psychrometric calculations, not a standard equipment count per room, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
On the residential side in Hertel, we handle the flood-cut, subfloor checks, and content pack-out so your home is ready to rebuild, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Hertel accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Hertel crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
On top of standard drying, our Hertel crews treat affected materials to reduce mold risk and will be upfront if a section needs specialist remediation.
We quote the job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise line item buried in the final invoice.

A licensed technician heads to your Hertel address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
Standing water comes out first; drying equipment gets placed only after we've mapped exactly where moisture is hiding.
We don't close the file until the numbers confirm the structure is dry, and you leave with full photo and moisture documentation.
Our Hertel technicians use moisture meters at the start and the end of every job, and the final number has to hit the dry standard before we leave. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Hertel paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. We try to send the original technician back for any follow-up so you're not re-explaining the job to someone new.
